Introduction
We are delighted to start 2025 by announcing your Team of the Year nominees.
Throughout 2024, our colleagues told us about the 4 Site Security teams who they believed were worthy of a Team of the Month Award due to their positive attitude to work, their strong bond as a team, their communication and collaboration, and the clear way they have demonstrated our company values in their day-to-day role.
All of these deserving Team of the Month winners will now be considered by our Senior Leadership Team for the overall Team of the Year Award. As well as demonstrating their professional skills alongside the attributes above, The Team of the Year will be an embodiment of The 4 Site Way and will have gone above and beyond in their role to embrace Support, Integrity, Trust and Excellence.
